The literal meaning of Pranayama is breath control.
The aim to Practising Pranayama is to stimulate, regulate and harmonize the vital energy of the body. Just as a bath is required for purifying the body, so also Pranayama is required for purifying the mind.
It is an inner journey to find peace and happiness from inside and create a healthy and balanced life. Yoga wil help you to feel fresh and energized troughout the day.

Yogi Akshay has studied for many years under the Himalayan Yogies, and has practised Hatha Yoga, Astanga Yoga, and Vedic Mantra chanting for healing. It is a practise of yoga systems that gradually takes you into deeper level of consiousness.
