Fridhem Course Centre

Fridhem has two large course rooms named after the lakes on either side of the village. "Sörbosalen" has yoga mats, meditation cushions, meditation chairs, blankets and a sound system. "Gryckensalen" has a sound system, film screen and data projector and the room can be furnished with portable tables and chairs for trainings or conferences. Downstairs there is a large dining room with an open fire and space for 50 people. If required you can hire one of our amazing chefs who offer a lacto-vegetarian diet. In the summer you can prepare wood-fired pizza straight from our outdoor clay oven.
